Founder and Senior Producer
Dr. Elliott Haimoff is the award-winning creator of Afterburner Enterprises Sports Productions (AESP). A Cambridge University Ph.D. biologist and former UCLA research professor, he transitioned into television production and has produced acclaimed sports documentaries and interviews featuring legendary athletes, coaches, owners, and Hall of Famers seen worldwide.
Barbara Sharp
Writer and Producer
Barbara Sharp is a writer and producer with over 30 years of experience in television production, news, and media. She has written and co-produced dozens of documentaries and sports programs for Global Science Productions and Afterburner Enterprises Sports Productions (AESP).
A former television reporter and anchor, Ms. Sharp is also a licensed attorney and comes from a distinguished sports family that includes legendary football and basketball coaches from the NFL and NCAA.
Bob Raskin
Robert “Bob” Raskin is a writer, producer, and former professional basketball coach with decades of experience in sports, business, and media. A respected figure in basketball history, he became the youngest EPBL Coach of the Year after leading the Allentown Jets to a league championship.
In addition to his work in commercial real estate and philanthropy, Raskin has remained deeply involved in sports and entertainment, contributing to basketball programs, professional productions, and community initiatives throughout his career.
Norb Ecksl
Writer and ProducerNorb Ecksl is a veteran sports executive, writer, and producer with more than 50 years of experience in sports management, media, and communications. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in basketball, baseball, hockey, soccer, and football organizations, including work with NHL teams and the original ABA-era New York Nets.
A longtime sports journalist and commentator, Ecksl has co-authored several sports books and continues to collaborate on documentary and media projects focused on the history and business of professional sports.
Producer and Distributor Frederick Tilich
Frederick “Fred” Tillich is a producer and business executive with more than 40 years of experience in management, product development, and operations. His diverse career has included leadership roles in real estate, hospitality, gaming, and sports entertainment.
Tillich has played a key role in sports media and production projects, including the development of innovative sports entertainment ventures and distribution initiatives. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of Big League Concepts LLC, specializing in sports marketing, public relations, and media operations.
Don Marshall
Hayley Hersh
ProducerDon “Sky” Marshall is a producer, pilot, and aerospace consultant with decades of experience in aviation and aeronautics. A former covert Field Operations Officer recruited by the CIA, he has also worked as an air racing pilot, astronaut trainee, and aviation advocate involved in honoring Apollo-era astronauts.
As a producer and technical consultant, Marshall has co-produced multiple documentary specials focused on space exploration, aviation history, and aerospace innovation, bringing unique firsthand experience to every production.
Hayley Hersh is a music composer, songwriter, and audio engineer who joined Afterburner Enterprises Sports Productions in 2025. Through her work at HeartMusic Studio, she creates original music, sports songs, and cinematic audio designed to bring emotion and energy to every production.
With years of experience in recording, producing, mixing, and songwriting, Hersh brings a unique creative sound to the Afterburner team, helping shape the musical identity of its sports programming and documentary projects.
Music Composer and Audio EngineerAlina Butina
Alina Butina joined Afterburner Enterprises Sports Productions in 2021 as a producer. With experience working alongside leading wellness and lifestyle brands, she brings creativity, research expertise, and modern digital strategy to the team.
Her work supports documentary development, content production, and audience engagement, helping expand the reach and visibility of Afterburner’s sports programming across media platforms.
